BUSINESS DIRECTOR
I am the Founder and Business Director of Shard Business Services and have extensive experience working across the education sector. I specialise in school and academy finance, internal scrutiny, resource management and strategic business support, working with schools and academy trusts across the country. I also undertake School Resource Management Adviser (SRMA) deployments and provide interim CFO and financial consultancy support to academy trusts.
I am passionate about helping schools and trusts make the best use of their resources and particularly enjoy working with leadership teams to find practical solutions, strengthen financial management and improve efficiency.
Outside of work, I am a big sports fan and enjoy watching football, ice hockey, basketball and baseball. I also love reading in my spare time and travelling whenever I get the opportunity.

BUSINESS CONSULTANT & GDPR PRACTITIONER
I have worked at Shard for 6 years, where I now lead on GDPR and data protection. I have an AAT Level 3 Accounting Qualification, and I am a qualified data protection practitioner. I feel passionate about supporting schools by easing the burden of data protection to allow our clients to focus on what matters, which is educating children.
I enjoy watching old episodes of Eastenders and Scottish football, as well as spending time with my nieces and nephews.

I support internal scrutiny and business administration, including conducting internal scrutiny reviews and I also undertake financial consultancy work. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration and a Level 2 qualification in AAT.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my two children, particularly on family days out, and I am a huge Disney fan!

I am the main point of contact for our Internal Scrutiny clients, overseeing media and marketing activities. I am qualified in Business Administration and bring strong organisational and communication skill to my role.
Outside of work, I am a proud parent to three children 1 girl and 2 boys aged 11, 7 and 5. When I have time to myself, I enjoy socialising, reading, and sharing my love of Disney with my children. Family time is incredibly important to me and is at the heart of everything I do.

I’m a friendly, approachable and organised person who enjoys being part of a team and helping things run smoothly. I like keeping busy, solving problems and getting stuck into whatever comes my way. I am qualified in Business Administration.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum and a big football fan. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, keeping active and supporting my favourite team. I’m always up for a challenge, love a bit of humour and believe that a positive attitude goes a long way!

Using my 10+ years of experience across the business and education sectors, I support Shard and their consultants with a range of business and administrative activities, including GDPR support, digital content, social media and the development of client resources. I hold a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two children and supporting Preston North End, where I am a season ticket holder.
